Pettuse ohvriks langemine ei ole mitte üksnes töötaja, vaid kogu organisatsiooni, sh ka juhtkonna risk.
RIA soovitab organisatsioonide juhtidel vaadata oma tööprotsessid üle ning hinnata, milliseid samme saab riskide maandamiseks rakendada.
Mõned soovitused, mida on võimalik kiiresti ja lihtsasti ellu viia:
✅ Suhtle oma kodupangaga ja hoolitse, et suuremate summade puhul peaks pangas maksed kinnitama kaks inimest ehk kehtiks nelja silma põhimõte.
✅ Määra pangas sellised limiidid, mis lähtuksid tegelikest vajadustest.
✅ Võimalusel peaks pangas konto kasutajate ja limiitide muudatusi kinnitama rohkem kui üks inimene. Kasutajaõiguste määramisel võiks anda töötajale minimaalsed õigused, mis on töö tegemiseks vajalikud.
✅ Planeeri oma töötajatele regulaarseid küberturvalisusekoolitusi. RIA pakub alates 2023. aastast tasuta kübertesti, mida saab kasutada oma töötajate teadlikkuse suurendamiseks.
✅ Kui oled saanud kirja või sõnumi, mis sisaldab linki petulehele, siis edasta see info cert@cert.ee. RIA CERT-EE spetsialistid saavad astuda vajalikud sammud selleks, et see veebileht ei oleks internetist enam kättesaadav ja keegi teine selle ohvriks ei langeks.
